Gala Day
Gala Day 2022 has been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. Centenary celebrations planned for the 2022 Gala Day are being carried over to Gala Day 2023.
Gala Day, established in 1947, is an annual P&C run event, that showcases our magnificent school to the broader community.
Gala Day is centred on the front lawn of the McCaughey Mansion of Yanco Agricultural High School, an agricultural education centre with a history steeped in tradition.
Gala Day is the P & C’s major annual fundraiser.
Activities on the day include traditional Devonshire Teas served inside the Mansion, student-guided tours of the school, fun activities for all ages, a shearing competition, a BBQ on the front lawn, a live auction, an art show, live music and a Grand Parade showcasing our Equine and show stock students.
Gala Day will have a vibrant market-day atmosphere with a wide range of stallholders and food vans.
Come and celebrate this grand occasion.

Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy
All items can be collected free of charge from the School on specified days or sent home with students, or for a flat fee, your items can be sent out by Australia Post.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, products or your order please make contact with us so that we can resolve your issues.

Delivery Info
Returning or Exchanging Items.
Please make contact prior to organising return shipping as we may simply ask for photographic evidence of the product fault, defect or damage.
If the item is to be returned, it can be sent to: Y.A.H.S P&C, 259 Euroley Road Yanco NSW 2703. Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to offer returns or exchange on food or personal hygiene items which were ordered erroneously.
If your order was damaged in transit by Aust Post, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We can organise a refund or replacement when deemed appropriate. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement item to reach you will vary.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your it to: Y.A.H.S P&C, 259 Euroley Road Yanco NSW 2703, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Reimbursement of shipping costs are negotiated on a case-by-case basis prior to the item being returned to the P&C. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations or Amendments
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund (excluding platform or credit card processing fees) if they have not yet been processed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us via email asap. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot amend the order itself or the shipping details.
